What is NCA FAST?

NCA FAST is an online enrollment and application system for graduates of NAACLS accredited/approved programs. This online system allows for students to apply for NCA certification online and for program directors of enrolled programs to enter graduation information online – no paper, no transcripts, no additional fees to the student! NCA Certification – convenient, quick and paperless from application all the way through certification!

How Does NCA FAST Work?

NAACLS accredited programs simply complete an enrollment form that indicates the program director has authorization to sign off on completion of program components and graduation dates and submit that to NCA. From there, the student goes to the NCA website and links to the application system and begins entering their information. The student will be able to select the examination they want to apply for and pay their application fees all in one session. The student record will remain incomplete until the program director enters the student’s graduation information and then the student can move forward and schedule their examination appointment – online of course!

How do my students and my program benefit from NCA Fast?

All information is submitted electronically – that means no additional fees for official transcripts and no waiting time for matching up applications and transcripts! Once the program director has entered the graduation date, the student can schedule the first available appointment at the nearest testing center!

Students who have applied and tested through the NCA FAST system still receive instant score reports. That means they know they are certified once they leave the testing center!

Program directors have access to student performance in as little as 48 hours after their graduates have tested.
